TOday we toook our spelling test, and then we finished an inconvenient truth. For homework we are suppose read Maathai's nobel speach and anootate it, plus compare his speach to Algores in an Essay. Good luck.

Today we took our 2 literary terms and then watched the movie. We didnt get to the speaches in class, so for homework we are suppose to finish 1 speeach, Algores, and with annotation of it.

We began off by taking two new lit terms then we shared some differences between Economist Vs. Environmentalist then after discussing it we then watched the remaining of An Inconvenient Truth.

Today we strted off with a pre test then exercize 1 for homework d exercize2 , Wethen discussed The future Life in our book and must do a t-table comparing the economist view and the enviornmentalist view and answer questions on page 876. We then viewed the first part of An Inconvenient truth.

2. Read Glick's "Geo Signs the big thaw" and answer questions on page 887
Today we started with a vocab test and after we finished did vocab book page 99 then read student analysis of "this Is the forest Primeval" A students refelction on a 1929 cartoon. Then began Future Life but did not finish.
For homework finish "Geo Signs" then answer questions page 887.
Then look at Ice Blankets pn pg 867 (photo above) and write analysis. Does nnot have to be too long. Example on page 892.
Also due NEXT Friday vocab page 99.

Today we started off with Lit terms oxymoron and parallelism then discussed our article critiques that refuted global warming. We then proceeded to our composition textbook and read It's easy being green together then began Counting Carbon but have to read the rest for homework and do questions 1-5.
